screening set for May 7-8
Kindergarten screening for the 2019-2020 school year will be held at the Prairie Elementary School (1916 East Street) on Tuesday, May 7th and Wednesday, May 8th. This will take about 30 minutes for each child. Please bring your child’s state birth certificate. You can find the information and the form at http://www.healthandwelfare.idaho.gov/Health/VitalRecordsandHealthStatistics. Also bring your child’s current immunization record. State law requires each child to be fully immunized before the first day of school. Your child must be 5 years old before September 1, 2019 to enroll in school.
