Coyote's
opening at former Mini-Village site
Barney and Bobbi Chambers of Cottonwood have purchased the former Mini-Village from Tim Campbell and renamed it as Coyote’s. The Chambers moved here about 14 years ago to a ranch on Twin House Rd. and started up the Coyote Mule Company. Several years ago they purchased the former Triangle Car Wash across the street from the Mini-Village. Now both those businesses are under the same ownership as they were originally when Ladd Arnoti started them. Bobbi Chambers said they are offering the same fare as the Mini-Village but are offering some additions. They will be adding new gas pumps and also adding diesel. They just got their new beer and wine licenses and are looking at expanding the wine offerings. They are also looking at adding new deli items. They will still feature Dick’s famous pizzas. Bobbi said they are also working on getting the Fish & Game Licensing that used to be offered through the now closed Hoene Hardware so that people won’t have to go to Grangeville for their hunting and fishing licenses. Summer hours at Coyote’s are 6:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Monday through Saturday and 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Sundays. Come check them out if you haven’t already. Bobbi Chambers is shown with the new signage at the former Mini-Village. She and her husband Barney have purchased the business from Tim Campbell, who had closed it a few weeks earlier, and renamed it as Coyote’s for their Coyote Mule Company operation on Twin House Rd. Barney Chambers was unavailable at the time of the photo. |
