100 Mile Challenge raises over $3,000
Monday, September 2nd marked the last day of the 100 Mile Challenge.
Ellea Uhlenkott challenged walkers, runners, and people of all ages to join her in logging in 100 miles in 100 days to raise money for the PHS Track and Field program for her senior project.  With over 40 participants of all ages, several thousand miles were logged in and Ellea was able to raise a little over $3,000.  Jenny Arnzen turned in the most miles at 388!
On the last day, participants joined in for one last mile on the track and prizes were drawn for those who had completed their 100 Miles.  Winners were Aleta Coppernoll, Becky Higgins, Audrey Wasem, Jennifer Enneking, Riley Enneking, and Charlene Rehder.
Ellea would like to that all those who participated and made her senior project successful.  A shout out to Inland Cellular and Uhlenkott Drilling for providing prizes and to Ryan Hasselstrom and Becky Higgins for their help.  Our community is amazing and so generous.  The funds raised will help the PHS Track and Field purchase equipment for the track.
