The Rosary Rally in honor of Our Lady of Fatima was
well attended by approximately 70 people. The majority of the people went
on the walk and prayed the rosary. They were escorted by two men from the
Sheriff’s Posse, Larry and Mike McPherson, who did a great job of directing
traffic. The rest of the people who did not want to walk stayed at the
church and prayed the rosary. Photo by Charlene Rehder. Click

Fourteen members of the St. Gertrude’s Academy graduating
class of 1959, along with their spouses, gathered at the home of Vivia
Enneking on September 14th to celebrate their 60 years since graduating
from SGA. Social hour began at 3:30 with snacks and drinks served out on
the patio. Lots of visiting and catching up with each other was enjoyed,
as some had not seen each other in over 40 years. A delicious Prime Rib
and Asian Chicken dinner was served at 6:30pm. The dinner was prepared
and served by Vivia's granddaughter Jessica and her husband Jeremy Meyers.
Pictured in front row from left to right are: Elaine Seubert Kinzer; Ruth
Kopczynski Fitzpatrick; Helen Carlson Shaller; Mitzi Lurwig Imhoff; Dorean
