St. John Bosco has resurrected their boys basketball program with 5 freshman and a senior turned out for the team. The Patriots haven’t had a team since the 2015-16 season due to lack of players. With 5 freshmen among the 6 players turned out, the school decided to go with a JV program this year. The lone senior is David Wassmuth who played with the Prairie JV one year but this is his first chance to play as a Patriot as he was in the 8th grade the last time they had a team. The 5 freshmen are Torry Chmelik, Luke Stubbers, Cody Wassmuth, John Uhlenkott and Sheldon Wells. Head coach this season is Josh Lustig with Kim Frei and Justin Wassmuth as assistants.
