dominate all-league football team
As you would expect when you’re the league as well as state champions, the Prairie Pirates dominated the All-White Pine League football team. All of the following are for the White Pine League Division 1. Cole Martin was named as the White Pine League Player of the Year. Derik Shears was named the White Pine League Offensive Player of the Year. Owen Anderson was named White Pine League Defensive Player of the Year. Ryan Hasselstrom was named White Pine League Coach of the Year although he would tell you this award should be shared with Teel Bruner and Matt Elven. Named All-White Pine League 1st Team Offense were: QB-Cole Schlader, RB-Cole Martin and Owen Anderson, Center-Hayden Uhlenkott, Guard-Dean Johnson and WR/TE-Derik Shears Named to the All-White Pine League 2nd Team Offense was Guard-Reid Uptmor Honorable Mention Offense: RB-Brody Hasselstrom Named to the All-White Pine League 1st Team Defense were: DB- Cole Martin and Sam Mager, LB- Owen Anderson and Derik Shears, DE- Hayden Uhlenkott and DT-Dean Johnson Named to the All-White Pine League 2nd Team Defense were: DB- Dalton Ross and DE- Reid Uptmor. |
