Kindergarten screening for the 2020-2021 school year will be held at the Prairie Elementary School (1916 East Street) on Tuesday, May 5th and Wednesday, May 6th. This will take about 40 minutes for each child. Please bring your child’s state birth certificate. You can find the information and the form at http:// www.healthandwelfare.idaho.gov/Health/VitalRecordsandHealthStatistics. Also bring your child’s cur-rent immunization record. State law requires each child to be fully immunized before the first day of school. Your child must be 5 years old before September 1, 2020 to enroll in school.
