Work continues on the Sisters Apartments which are getting closer to completion with the entrance ramp having been built and outdoor decks for each of the apartments on the north side. Click on the photo for a larger view.

The parking area for the Sisters Apartments has been excavated and framed in and we assume once it stops raining will get concrete poured. Click on the photo for a larger view.

Work also continues on the former Royale Room building with all the upstairs windows being pulled. At this point there are rumors of what will be done with the building such as a gym, coffee shop, sports bar, but nothing confirmed. Click on the photo for a larger view.

Another new house is going up on the former K-1 building playground property. Mat and Francesca Forsmann are having a house built on the north side of the property. Click on the photo for a larger view.
