Summerfest is cancelled
The organizers of the second annual Cottonwood Summerfest have decided to cancel this year’s celebration that had been set for July 24-26. COVID-19 is the primary culprit as the committee was fearful it would keep the crowd low enough they would take a huge loss on the event or worse yet have someone who is unaware they are infected, bring the virus into our community. The Cottonwood Summerfest Committee looks forward to bringing Summerfest back in 2021. They also say if you already bought a Summerfest button, it will be good for next year.
