Pirates clinch league title
PIRATES BOYS FOOTBALL SCHEDULE FOR 2020With Genesee cancelling their game Monday with Prairie, that clinched the league championship for the Pirates and a first round bye in the state football playoffs. Genesee cancelled their final two regular season games due to lack of players available with their Colton players having to quarantine for 14 days due to Washington protocols plus some injuries leaving them with just 12 or 13 active players. Prairie ends their regular season at Troy this Thursday, Oct. 22 at 7 p.m. They will then get a week off and play their first playoff game on either Friday Nov. 6 or Saturday, Nov. 7 against a first round winner. Date, time and site to be determined.
