January events for Tri-Parish Youth
Dear Youth in Christ, May the invitation of the New Year bring you blessing and fullness in Christ. During the month of January, we will meet to delve deeper into God’s invitation to grow in Him as we discuss, share, plan, pray and learn together. Please join us on this beautiful journey of faith! Happy New Year everyone! I am inviting all High School girls to a “Night of Radiance”. Please join me at the OMG at 6:30 for food. Following dinner, we will delve into a discussion on relationships and God’s presence in the midst of our desire to be loved and to love! This in one of your favorite nights, so invite your friends! On Jan. 10th, the Confirmation class will be held at 10:00 a.m. and we are moving it to the CEC. The Liturgy Committee will be taking down the Christmas decoration at Church and will need our space. Please make at note of the change of location. Also, your sponsor’s name is due on this date so please think about who you want as your sponsor for Confirmation. I look forward to seeing you all on the 10th . I will also be meeting with an adult team member during this week to plan the Adoration night for the Confirmation youth. On Jan. 13th, the High School Peer Minister team is invited to meet me at the Habit at 7:00 p. m to plan the Jr. High Faith night. Coffee will be provided. On Jan. 17th, all Confirmation youth are invited to St. Anthony’s Church at 7:00 p.m. for an hour of Adoration. Please note that all families are welcome, and we look forward to sharing an hour with you and the Lord! On January 20th, the High School youth are invited to the OMG at 7:00 p.m. for a “Night of Faith”. Please tell your friends and snacks will be provided! On January 25th, the Haiti Team is invited to St. Mary’s Church at 7:00 for a quick report on the poinsettia fundraiser and to plan the cinnamon roll fundraiser for Super Bowl Sunday. All Haiti team members or parents are asked to attend. On January 27th, the Jr. High youth are invited to the CEC at 6:30 for a Jr. High Faith Night! The High School peer ministers are asked to arrive by 5:45 to set up for the night. We will have food at 6:30 and start our session at 7:00. All Jr. High youth are invited and encouraged to attend!
