Cottonwood will have an
electronic reader board to display information and event information in
the near future! Prairie Mountain Nutrition, who provides the
meals to senior citizens every Tuesday, presented the Cottonwood Lions
Club a check for $5,000.00 to assist with the cost of the new LED
reader board they purchased to serve the community. The reader
board will be operational soon and will promote services and events
taking place in the local area. Prairie Mountain Nutrition used left
over grant money to fund this project. The Lions Club is accepting
donations to assist in paying for the board, installation costs, and
supplies. Anyone wishing to contribute to this project can mail
the funds to Cottonwood Lions Club; PO Box 46; Cottonwood, ID
83522. Pictured from left are: Brandy McElroy, Chris Remacle, Tiffany

Mary
Schwartz designed and Evan Schwartz created and cut the design for
their Uncle Pete Wimer's business truck using the Prairie High School
printing machine. The tech classes have designed numerous
stickers, decals, metal signs and other items for area
businesses. This has provided students at Prairie High School to
work on various projects and gain useful skills for their future.
We are very impressed with what this new printer has provided for our
students. Pictured L to R: Caleb McWilliams, Pete Wimer,
Mary Schwartz, and Evan Schwartz. Photo submitted by Jon Rehder. Click on the photo for a larger view.
