| Kindergarten screening set Kindergarten screening for the 2021-2022 school year will be held at the Prairie Elementary School (1916 East Street) on Tuesday, April 13th and Wednesday, April 14th. This will take about 20-30 minutes for each child. Please bring your child’s state birth certificate. You can find the information and the form at http://www.healthandwelfare.idaho.gov/Health/VitalRecordsandHealthStatistics. Also bring your child’s current immunization record. State law requires each child to be fully immunized before the first day of school. Your child must be 5 years old on or before September 1, 2021 to enroll in school.
