| Just for the Hill of It Bike Ride set for June 5 The 2021 Just for the Hill of It Bike Ride, a benefit for Hospice at Syringa Hospital, will be held Saturday, June 5. A 13 mile gradual hill climb of around 2200' starting from the Hammer Creek camp ground near Whitebird, up Old Highway 95 switchbacks to a summit of about 3800'. ALL AGES WELCOME! Registration at 8:00 a.m. Race begins at 9:00. Call Hospice for pre-registration: Cindy or Tara at 208-983-8550. Registration forms also available at about 35 bike shops! RIDER COST: All riders: $25 before May 30, 2021. $30 after May 31, 2021. Cost includes shirt if registered by May 30. Shirts included for late registration if available! No charge luncheon at end of ride, back at Hammer Creek. (Donations accepted!) Water stops along ride. Fruit, cookies, sports drinks available at end of ride.
