Lacey Graham joined IDOC as a Correctional Officer at NICI in January 2007.  She quickly moved up the ranks and was promoted to Corporal in 2009 and Sergeant in 2011.
She served on the Honor Guard team for several years and is currently a member of Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) team. 
Lacey started a family and is a proud mother to her son Liam. To support her family life, she transferred to her current position as Admin Assistant.  Lacey doesn’t do anything just a little bit.  Everything she does she gives it her all and goes above and beyond. She manages many processes at NICI and helps immensely to keep NICI running smoothly. Just recently she designed the new NICI challenge coin.
