Incumbents retain seats Incumbents retained their seats in the elections held Tuesday, Nov. 2. Patricia Alfrey retained her seat as school board trustee for zone #5 of School District #242. She received 54 votes with Casey Forsmann receiving 24 votes and Justyn Hanson 19. In the Cottonwood City Council races, incumbents Keith Holcomb and Lynn Guyer were the winners in a 3-way race for two 4-year terms. Holcomb received 96 votes, Guyer 84 and challenger Brett Miller 41. In the 2-way race for a 2 year term, Kristine Poxleitner Holthaus received 64 votes to edge out Debby O'Neill, who received 54 votes. All vote totals are unofficial until certified by the county commissioners. |
