Ski Skoop Wow, that is a lot of snow and wind out there! All through New Year’s weekend, the Cottonwood Butte Ski Area was swarming with snowboarders and skiers making for an amazing opening weekend as we celebrated New Year’s. We will be open again this weekend on Sunday and Saturday during our normal working hours, 10am to 4pm. But don’t forget to stop into the lodge for a hot drink, the weather never lets up for a hill full of skiers and boarders. However, with multiple options for tickets, lessons, rentals, and some amazing food, you will feel right at home.
