Ski Skoop What a long weekend!! The Cottonwood Butte Ski Area was open from 10am to 4pm 3 days this weekend, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday! But don’t worry if you missed it because this weekend is also going to be busy. We will provide glow sticks with night skiing on Friday night January 21st from 6pm to 10pm followed by skiing the next 2 days from 10am to 4pm. We are also hosting a ski day this Friday for the local schools, grades 4th-8th, so kids, don’t forget to have your parents sign your permission slips and use your last days of the semester wisely. And if you would like your school to have a ski day, consider getting your own school to schedule a day for you and your friends to learn this fun and enjoyable sport. We have a wonderful grill and a cozy lodge, too, so don’t forget to drop in from time to time for some refreshments and watch as your friends and family come down the hill. Lessons are also offered on Saturdays, so come on up and take a lesson no matter your age. Full day tickets cost $20, half day starts at 1pm and cost $14, and nighttime tickets also cost $14, or you could save by purchasing a punch card.
