For
their pandemic project Don and Dena Kopczynski helped preserve over 700
glass-plate negatives from the archive of photographer Henry F. Nuxoll
depicting life in the Greencreek, Idaho, area from 1900 to 1925. Don
spent weeks digitally scanning the images and Dena produced a book with
more than 400 of Nuxoll’s photographs to give to Nezperce, Idaho,
attorney Mike Wasko, who was named the custodian of the treasure trove
of Nuxoll family photos. Photo by Colin Mulvany, The Spokesman Review.
