Ski Skoop Y’all think a break is necessary just to clean snow from your goggles? Cause the Cottonwood Butte Ski Area does not want you hugging a tree no matter how lonely it looks! With lots of new snow at the butte, we are hoping to stay open for a little while longer after all. The previous three-day weekend was full of many skiers and boarders having fun and living the life! The head ski instructor was up there giving lessons with her little assistant. Don’t forget to thank everyone working behind the counter serving our needs, from tickets to lunch to rentals. There are also lift line operators who keep the lift running and skiing going. If you are looking for a job and are sixteen years or older, do not hesitate to let us know. And don’t forget to join us on Saturday February 26 for lessons for all ages and skiing for all levels, and we are excited to be having a Sunday of skiing and snowboarding on the 27th. For the most current information on snow conditions and for more information on tickets, rentals, operating hours, and job options, please check out our Facebook page and our website, cottonwoodbutte.org You can also call the lodge at 208-962-3624 or email at escape2cbsa@cottonwoodbutte.org.
