The
Greencreek Community Hall is expanding! We are adding a 20' x 96'
covered deck to the west side of the Hall. See the computer mock up
(lower photo) of what it will look like when it is done! The goal is to
provide more area for people to congregate during events in warmer
weather. Estimated material costs are $50,000. The St Anthony Society
is donating $10,000 towards the project and all the labor to complete
the expansion. If you wish to make a donation towards the Greencreek
Community Hall Expansion Project an account is set up at the Cottonwood
Credit Union for the Greencreek Community Hall. Donation checks should
be made payable to Greencreek Hall and that they can be dropped off at
any Cottonwood Credit Union branches or mailed to Cottonwood Credit
Union, P O Box 507, Cottonwood, ID 83522. Our goal is to have it
complete by the 4th of July! Demolition started last Saturday and
footings were dug. Footings were installed and poured Friday. Saturday
in the rain the wall forms were put up. Thank you to Pacific Steel for
the donation towards the rebar, Arnzen Building Construction and Quinn
Wemhoff for the use of their forms, Nancy Arnzen for always keeping
this area mowed nice, Rhonda Wemhoff for the architectural
consultation, Dale Stubbers, Scott Wemhoff & Brady Arnzen for
