Rowland elected president of Idaho State 4-H Teen Association
Idaho County 4-Her, Chloe Rowland, has been
elected to serve as President of the Idaho State 4-H Teen Association.
The election took place last week at the State Teen Association
Convention (STAC) at the University of Idaho. After campaigning and
giving a speech to the 175 member delegation, Rowland was
elected to office and then appointed president by the Slating Committee
based on her interview and qualifications. Rowland served on the STAC Steering Committee in 2020 and 2021, and served as Idaho 4-H State Teen Association Northern District Representative this past year. She is a 2021 graduate from the Idaho 4-H Leadership NOW! program, and served as a Leadership NOW! mentor as well as an Idaho State 4-H Ambassador this year.
