Lady Pirates at New Plymouth Tournament
The Prairie Lady Pirates will be at the New Plymouth Tournament this Saturday, August 27.
There are six teams in the tournament broken into two pools of three.
Prairie opens pool play at 9 a.m. MDT in the New Plymouth High School Multi-Purpose Gym against Filer. Next they will play McCall-Donnelly at about 10 a.m. Then they get a bye as Filer plays McCall-Donnelly. They are in Pool B.
In the other pool West Jefferson plays New Plymouth at 9 a.m. in the main gym. Next New Plymouth plays Soda Springs and finally Soda Springs plays West Jefferson.
Bracket play starts at 12:30 with Pool A #1 vs. Pool B #2. Pool B #1 plays Pool A #2 at 2 p.m. Both matches are in the main gym. The winners play at 3:30 for the tournament championship.
The two #3 teams in pool play will play each other for consolation in the multi-purpose gym at 12:30.
Prairie will play at least 3 matches and would play 4 if they make the championship match.
