8 turn out for SJB Volleyball ST. JOHN BOSCO
There are 8 players turned out for the St. John Bosco high school volleyball team this year. Makayla Rose is the only senior on the squad. Maleah Cummings, daughter of the new principal, and Serinah Palmer, both new to the school this year, are the only juniors. Sophomores on the team are Julia Wassmuth, Noelle Chmelik, Sarah Water, Raylie Warren and Rachel Sonnen. Jamie Johnson returns as head coach and her sister Sarah Carothers joins her as an assistant coach. The Lady Patriots were supposed to open at Kendrick last Thursday but that match was postponed due to a lack of officials. No makeup date has yet been set. VOLLEYBALL SCHEDULE FOR 2022
