Lady Patriots lose opener
St. John Bosco’s Lady Patriots got an early start to their basketball season as they opened their season with a 24-34 loss to Cascade.
The game was played at Highland High School in Craigmont on Saturday, Nov. 12.
Highland is where the Patriots will be playing their home games this season.

8 turn out for Lady Patriots basketball
St. John Bosco has 8 girls out for the team this year with no seniors on the squad.
There are 4 returning players from last years team and all are sophomores. They are Noelle Chmelik, Sarah Waters, Julia Wassmuth and Rachel Sonnen.
There are 3 juniors on the team and all are new to the school this year. They are Maleah Cummings, Vivian Dahlsrud and Serinah Palmer.
The lone freshman on the squad is Claire Uhlenkott.
Alyssa Frei returns as head coach but this year she has a couple of assistant coaches in Mandy Crea and Susan Wassmuth.
