Lady Pirates win 3 The Prairie Lady Pirates won 3 home games this past week, two of them league games.
On Tuesday, Nov. 28, they knocked off
Clearwater Valley 76-23. On Friday, Dec. 2, they defeated Grangeville
as part of the Idaho County Shootout 56-21. Finally on Saturday, Dec.
3, they defeated Logos 90-25.

14 out for Patriot boys basketball; Teams split doubleheader
St. John Bosco Academy has their biggest turnout in years, maybe ever, for boys basketball with 14 players. . . . The St. John Bosco girls and boys split a doubleheader played Friday, Dec. 2 at the Highland gym in Craigmont.
In the opener the girls lost the Clearwater Valley 20-71 as C.V.
swept the season series against the Lady Patriots. In the nightcap the
boys team won their season opener 54-29 over Logos Online.

The Prairie students swarmed
onto the court and celebrated after Idaho County Sheriff Doug Ulmer
announced that Prairie had won the Idaho County Shootout competition.
