Patriot teams split at Nezperce UPDATED ST. JOHN BOSCO GIRLS & BOYS BASKETBALL SCHEDULE FOR 2022-23The St. John Bosco boys won a league game at Nezperce 68-41 while the girls lost their game 23-35 Tuesday, Dec. 13. Boys at Nezperce The boys team jumped out to a 13-7 lead by the end of the first quarter and led 36-19 at the half.Each team scored 13 in the third quarter then the Patriots pulled away in the fourth by outscoring the Nighthawks 19-9. Cody Wassmuth led the Patriots in scoring with 22 points and Clay Weckman almost matched him with 21 points. They both came up big as the Patriots pulled away in the fourth quarter. Also in double figures was Levi Wassmuth with 10 points. While Luke Stubbers, Stallone Hoene and Torry Chmelik each scored 4 and Matthew Warren scored 3.
