Prairie to participate in Avista Tournament
The Prairie boys and girls JV and varsity
basketball teams will be taking part in the Avista Holiday Tournament
on Dec. 27, 28 and 29 at Lewiston and Clarkston. The boys varsity team will play Shadle Park of Spokane at noon on Tuesday, Dec. 27 at the LCSC Activity Center. The girls varsity team will play Pendleton right after the boys game. If the boys win they will play the Clarkston-Pendleton winner at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 28. If they lose they will play the Clarkston-Pendleton loser at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday. If the girls win they would play the Clarkston-Grangeville winner on Wednesday at 3 p.m. If they lose they would play the Clarkston-Grangeville loser at 9 a.m. on Wednesday. Games for 7th, 4th, 3rd and 1st will be played on Thursday starting at 8:30 a.m. with the championship games finishing the day at 2:30 for the boys and 4 p.m. for the girls. The JV girls will play Lewiston at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Clarkston High School. On Wednesday they will play Lapwai at 6 p.m. at Lewiston High School. On Thursday they will play Pendleton at 10 a.m. at Clarkston High School. The JV boys will have their own bracket. Prairie will open against the Lakeside JV at noon on Tuesday at Clarkston High School. On Wednesday they will play at either 1:30 p.m., if they lose, or 6 p.m., if they win, with both games at Lewiston High School. Thursday’s 4 games will all be at Lewiston High School with the 7th place game starting at 9 a.m. The 4th place game will be at 10:30 a.m. The third place game at Noon and the 1st place game at 1:30 p.m. Below are all the brackets: |
