to the editor from this week's Chronicle Hello, I am writing to on behalf of my brother, Peter Christenson, who lives in Grangeville, ID. He is a physical therapist at a hospital in Cottonwood and was in a horrible car accident on January 7th where he was hit head-on. He was taken to the hospital he works at, where they stabilized him but then had to be air-lifted to Coeur D'Alene. He was in Kootenai for over two weeks, then transferred to an in-patient physical therapy rehabilitation center. Although he is finally back at home in Grangeville, he will be out of work for a while and need months of physical therapy to recover from his multiple injuries. I have created a GoFundMe account for him and am hoping that this newspaper might be able to share the link on a Facebook account or in some fashion so it can reach more people.
