Next Tuesday, May 16 is election day.
The only item on the ballot for most local Chronicle readers would be the School District #242 override levy.
There is also a contested  election for Cottonwood Highway District commissioner for subdistrict 3.
For those in the Fenn Highway District or Grangeville Rural Fire District, they also each have a contested commissioner election.
