So far a lot of dirt has been moved at the Cottonwood City Park but no building as of yet. The flat looking area shown is where the new pavilion will be located. The new playground equipment will go to the left of the large dirt mound. Click on the photo for a larger view.

A car driven by a 91 year old Montana man wound up in the Lochsa River about 68 miles east of Kooskia. A forest service employee had recently gone through swiftwater rescue training and was able to rescue the man. More photos and information in the article above left.
