Over the past week, the following felony arrests were made by the Idaho County Sheriff's Office.

On June 30, 2023, around 11:55 PM, an Idaho County Deputy was patrolling along Highway 13 in the area of Harpster, Idaho when we came upon a woman with a flashlight alongside the roadway. After speaking with her, he determined she had been involved in a physical altercation and left at that location. Idaho County Deputies began to look for the vehicle and located it on Highway 13 near milepost 9 and conducted a traffic stop. Zachery Goodwin, age 41, of Kooskia, Idaho was arrested for felony aggravated driving under the influence, felony domestic battery, misdemeanor resist and obstruct an officer, and misdemeanor battery on an officer.

On July 1, 2023, around 8:30 PM, an Idaho County Deputy performed a traffic stop on Main Street in Grangeville, Idaho. K9 Nation and her handler arrived and K9 Nation alerted on the vehicle. The vehicle was searched and methamphetamine was found. Allie Prickett, age 28, of Grangeville, Idaho was arrested for felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia.

On July 2, 2023, around 11:40 PM, Idaho County Dispatch took a call about a domestic battery in progress occurring at a residence outside of Kamiah, Idaho. Idaho County Deputies responded and met with both parties involved in the dispute. Carrie Hansen, age 45, of Kamiah, Idaho was arrested for felony domestic battery and misdemeanor intentional destruction of a telecommunication device.

On July 3, 2023, around 6:00 PM, Idaho County Dispatch received a call about a male subject acting strange in White Bird, Idaho. Idaho County Deputies responded and spoke to the male. Michael McReynolds, age 25, of Lewiston, Idaho was arrested for felony possession of methamphetamine, misdemeanor pedestrian under the influence, and misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia.

On July 6, 2023, around 12:50 AM, an Idaho County Deputy was on routine patrol near the Weir Hot Springs on Highway 12.
K9 Millie and her handler were walking through the parking lot, when K9 Millie made a positive alert on a vehicle. After making contact with the owner of the vehicle, a search was performed.
Wendy Sturtevant, age 22, of San Juan Capo, California was arrested for felony possession of LSD, felony possession of ecstasy, felony possession of marijuana, and misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia.

On July 9, 2023, around 6:00 PM, Idaho County Dispatch took a call of a domestic in progress in the Pineridge area outside of Kamiah, Idaho.
When the Idaho County Deputy arrived, he attempted to speak with both parties involved. One of the parties involved would not cooperate and was subsequently arrested.
Carrie Hansen, age 46, of Kamiah, Idaho was arrested for two felony counts of battery on an officer and cited for misdemeanor resisting and obstructing and misdemeanor disturbing the peace.
