Greencreek 4th of July Celebration photos

The new addition to the Hall saw a lot of traffic all day with people taking advantage of the new tables (pictured below) and stools.

It was reported that breakfast got off to a slow start but from about 8:30 on there was a substantial line outside. Above is at about 9:45 a.m.

The mini-merry-go-round was also popular with the youngsters.

The train engine had to get jump started but once it got going it saw lots of passengers.

Youngsters kept the bouncy castle hopping all day.

A couple of young men tried out the sumo suits.

Adam Forsmann, plaid shirt, kept the bingo games going all day long inside the hall.

The youngest ones in attendance got the street sports started with a footrace.

The next oldest group had a lot more participants.

The wheelbarrow race requires teamwork.

Alex McElroy and Sebastian Nuxoll beat out Sebatian's brother Ambrose and Bennie Elven in the wheelbarrow race.

Another race requiring teamwork is the 3-legged race. A couple of young ladies got off to a quick start but then crashed.

Few, if any eggs survived the egg toss with several in the photos above coming to a messy end.

One egg that did make it through is the one above as a youngster celebrates winning his age group.
