Royale Building now home to several businesses
Over the past couple of years since Ryan and Heather Uhlenkott purchased the Royale Building they have done a lot of remodeling.
They are renaming it the Cornerstone Business Center.
The former Royale Loft has been remodeled into several business suites while the street level portion of the building is now a gym.
Ryan and Heather Uhlenkott have a large suite on the northeast corner where they can meet with potential clients and it can also double as an apartment as it has a kitchen and its own restroom.
The first client upstairs was Clear Connect which has the northwest corner. They provide business information technology and consulting. They have 4 local employees and one that commutes from Lewiston a couple days a week.
The two we talked with, Josh Lovetere and Karl Dieseldorff, live locally and said they love the community and want to see it continue to thrive.
Uhlenkott’s daughter, Faith Roy, has the southeast corner suite for her real estate business.
Another relatively new business is Joe Smith, a physical therapist, who has opened Cottonwood Physical Therapy in the southwest corner suite. He has worked as a physical therapist at Seattle Children’s Hospital, in a small clinic in Cle Elem, Wash. and more recently at Orofino. He was living here in Cottonwood while working at Orofino and got tired of the commute. That prompted him to open his own business here in Cottonwood. He does outpatient work and said his business has been steadily picking up.
Also in the upstairs are a conference room and at the moment a pair of vacant suites. Uhlenkott said they have a masseuse that wants to set up in the empty suite on the east side next to Faith Roy’s office.
The entire downstairs of the building is taken up by Ethos Fitness owned by Mikayla Riener and her fiancé Blake. They offer a variety of quality exercise equipment with 24-hr a day access for members.

Joe Smith is a licensed physical therapist and has opened Cottonwood Physical Therapy in the southwest corner of Cornerstone Business Center.

Ryan and Heather Uhlenkott's office on the northeast corner of the upper level. It also has its own kitchenette and bathroom and could be used as an apartment if needed.
