Here are the elementary school
student council officers. Campaigning took place the week of
September 5-8 and voting took place on the afternoon of Friday,
September 8th. The winners for 6th grade were Matthias
Kaschmitter-president, Nicole Gehring-vice president, and Liam
Geis-secretary. The 5th grade students were selected by their
peers in their 5th grade classes. L to R: Dawson Stewart- 5th
grade representative from Mrs. Bruegeman's class, Matthias Kaschmitter-
President, Liam Geis- Secretary, Nicole Gehring- Vice President, and
Kennedy Shears- 5th grade representative from Mrs. Hagen's class.

The Gonzaga University Chorus
performed at the monastery today Sunday. According to Jim and Sally
Rehder, who attended, tt was absolutely awesome. They are such strong
singers as a choir, and they had a number of wonderful soloists. The
music teacher, and conductor is Meg Stohlmann with 47 young vocalist in
