Lady Pirates win 1 of 3; All-Tournament team named The Prairie Lady Pirates split a pair of
league matches then traveled for a non-league match at Orofino this
past week. On Tuesday, Oct. 3, they traveled to C.V. and won 20-25,
25-16, 25-18, 25-21. On Thursday, Oct. 5, they hosted Genesee and lost
in 5 sets 25-23, 20-25, 21-25, 25-18, 15-17. Finally on Monday, Oct. 9,
they traveled to Orofino and lost in straight sets 24-26, 9-25, 16-25.

over 2 week later but they finally announced the All-Tournament Team
for the Spartan Showdown Volleyball Tournament held at Timberline High
School on Saturday, Sept. 23.

Lady Patriots win 2 of 3 The St. John Bosco Lady Patriots won 2 of 3
league matches last week. On Tuesday, Oct. 3, they hosted Deary and
lost 14-25, 14-25, 23-25. On Wednesday, Oct. 4, they traveled to Weippe
where they defeated Timberline 17-25, 25-22, 10-25, 25-18, 15-8.
Finally on Thursday, Oct. 5, they traveled to Craigmont where we
understand they beat Highland but have no details on the match.

The class of 1973 celebrated
their 50 year class reunion the weekend of September 29 and 30.
Friday night they went to Keuterville Pub and Grub and Saturday night
they had mass in Ferdinand for the deceased classmates. Following
mass, they had a wonderful dinner at Rodonna's. The picture is
from Saturday night's gathering at Rodonna's. No pictures were
taken Friday night, but more classmates were in attendance; Steve
Uhlorn, Virgil Frei, Steve Lustig, Hal Uptmor, Miki Wemhoff, Earl
Schnider, and Geralyn Gentges. Pictured above are front from left:
