Gary Cahill recently joined Clearwater Economic Development Association (CEDA) as Business Finance Specialist for CEDA’s business development and finance programs.
A Clarkston native, Gary brings 20 years of residential lending, loan servicing, and customer service experience to CEDA.  He will work with John Lane, Business Development and Finance Director, assisting entrepreneurs and existing small businesses in north central Idaho and southeast Washington with financing needs.  CEDA administers multiple small business loan programs from which direct loans are provided for the financing of viable business projects that do not meet conventional lending guidelines for reasons such as length of time in business, collateral concerns, unproven markets, and new and emerging technologies.
In addition to the direct financing, CEDA provides planning and financing proposal development assistance, as well as counseling after the loan in support of the success of CEDA borrowers.
