US Army CPT Andrew Cochran, 2014 Prairie High School graduate and 2018 United States Military Academy- West Point graduate, received his Green Beret and Special Forces tab this month after completing the 2 year US Army JFK Special Warfare School's Special Forces Qualification Course. Doing so has earned Cochran the title and position of a Special Forces Officer and future ODA Detachment Commander in 7th Special Forces Group. Cochran is the son of Terry and Jennifer Cochran of Cottonwood.
