Girls team places 6th at state The Prairie girls cross country team placed 6th at the State Meet held in Pocatello Saturday, Oct. 28. Olivia Uhlenkott was Prairie’s top finisher in 37th with a time of 22:52.30. Aubree Geis was 39th in 22:59.75. Evelyn Gehring was 46th in 23:35.23. Elizabeth Severns was 59th in 24:40.44. Callie Remacle was 68th in 27:04.22. Natalie Goeckner was 70th in 28:24.14. Alaina Lustig was 72nd in 34:25.80. For the boys team Chase VonBargen was Prairie’s top finisher in 71st at 20:24.91. Ben Secrest was 77th in 20:36.85. According to coach Glenn Poxleitner the races were run in near freezing conditions. The entire group of state qualifying Prairie cross country runners.
