Helen Smith and Debi Tisdel shared their time and talent exploring several stringed instruments and  the sounds they make with Prairie Elementary second and third graders. The ladies shared their knowledge of each instrument and played songs the youngsters could sing along and dance woth. The music session was a reward to celebrate with the students who achieved their reading points this quarter. The group’s favorite instruments were Debi’s banjo and Helen’s huge stand-up bass.
