PHS Class of 2024 top scholars named
The Prairie High School Class of 2024has three valedictorians and one salutatorian. This year’s valedictorians are Zane Uptmor, Taylor Riener and Sarah Lustig. They have all maintained a 4.0 GPA throughout their high school careers. Zane is the son of Jason and Kathy Uptmor. He plans on studying Agricultural Economics at the University of Idaho. Zane has been involved in cross country, track and field, Knowledge Bowl and Mu Alpha Theta. Taylor is the daughter of Shaun and Lisa Riener. She will attend Boise State University and major in Radiographic Science with an emphasis on Radiation Therapy. During her years at Prairie High School, Taylor participated in basketball, volleyball, ASB and Prairie League. Sarah is the daughter of Bob and April Lustig. Sarah plans on attending the University of Idaho and majoring in Civil Engineering. Throughout her high school years Sarah has participated in Business Professionals of America, Prairie League, Knowledge Bowl, Mu Alpha Theta, basketball and track and field. Our salutatorian for the Class of 2024 is Ember Martin, she maintained a 3.956 GPA throughout high school. Ember is the daughter of Jeff Martin and Summer Emmert and plans on attending Lewis Clark State College; majoring in Radiographic Science. During high school, Ember played volleyball and softball and was a member of Prairie League and the Student Council. Congratulations to these four very deserving students.
