Gabe Decaria and Ella McLeod of Prairie High School HOSA did a presentation at the Cottonwood Chamber of Commerce meeting last Thursday, Jan. 18. They are following up on the project started last year by Chloe Rowland and Holli Schumacher for the bleed buckets but are expanding it to the local businesses. On the table at the left of the photo are some emergency kits they handed out. There will also be some training offered by EMT trainers. Also shown are Tanner Ross, Jaime Oliver and Lynn Thompson. The crew at Cottonwood Butte Ski Area were getting the lodge ready for the season when the came across an old brochure. They thought they would share it with the Chronicle. Thanks to Loretta Riener for scanning and sending it to us. It apparently was printed in 2001 or 2002 (due to the photo of the 2001 high school ski team). Click on each photo for a larger view.
