The Jr High and High School PFFP Students were the biggest contributors as a group to the Walk for Life fundraiser that took place this past Saturday, May 11. Sarah Walsh took a car load of Jr High students over to Grangeville to participate in the Walk. Thank you to the students that participated. As a group they raised $2,869.85. Thank you to all who participated in this wonderful cause. Macie Uhlenkott was our top fundraiser for the Jr High class and Erica Schlader from High School. This is a photo of the 1936-37 1st and 2nd graders at St. Joseph’s School in Cottonwood. It was found in a box of photos at an estate sale in Spokane and submitted by Greg Baerlocher. The Prairie 5th grade boys took 1st place in their division at the LCSC Conquer the Court 3 on 3 Basketball Tournament down in Lewiston, ID at the Lewis-Clark State Activity Center. Their bracket consisted of 7 teams from the Lewiston and Clarkston area. They ended up playing the Lewiston Cutthroats in the championship game with a final score of 15-14.  Players from Left to Right in the upper photo: Isaak Shears, Kohen Forsmann, Michael Forsmann & Easton Bruegeman.
